Dolce Tipico Umbro at Easter: "The ciaramicola"



Hello friends, tonight I give you the recipe for a delicious dessert, named after a little funny, that in my part is done especially during the Easter period: the ciaramicola.


INGREDIENTS 4 whole eggs (egg whites)

200 g sugar 100 g melted butter 100 g starch

200 g flour 100 g 00
Alchermes

lemon rind 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1
packet of baking powder

Time:

Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add melted butter, lemon. vanilla, potato starch, the map, the flour, the egg and finally the Alchermes.
Put in a buttered mold and bake cake after 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degrees and 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove from the mold and cover with meringue (2 egg whites whites with 200g of icing sugar), decorate with colored sprinkles and put in the oven until it cools.

The winter is past
